Antihydrogen sulfide material selection
The industrial separation distillation column uses special plate steel resistant to H₂S corrosion. This alloy prevents stress cracking in sour service environments. Therefore, the tower operates safely for decades. Standard carbon steel would fail rapidly under such conditions.
Highefficiency internals and packing

Postweld heat treatment

Rigorous hydrostatic and pneumatic tests
We filled the column with water and raised pressure to 1.5 times design value. Then we held it for two hours while inspecting every joint. After draining, we performed a dry air leak test. Therefore, the distillation column leaves our shop with zero leakage.
Corrosion allowance and internal coating
Adding extra thickness to the shell provides a corrosion allowance. Furthermore, we applied a hightemperature epoxy coating inside. This coating protects against aggressive reflux streams. Specialized shipping preparation
