Tianmiao Chemical Machinery has successfully developed a series of high-efficiency distillation columns, widely applied across sectors such as petrochemicals, fine chemicals, coal chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection. These columns facilitate the separation of mixtures via distillation, solvent recovery, product purification, and tail gas treatment. As Class II/III pressure vessels, these units are equipped with multiple layers of safety protection: the column top features a parallel arrangement of a spring-loaded safety valve and a rupture disc, while the column bottom is fitted with an explosion-proof membrane; flange connections utilize specialized gaskets to prevent any leakage. Segmented joints within the column body employ double-cone or octagonal ring gaskets, making them suitable for high-pressure and high-vacuum operations. Furthermore, the quick-opening manholes are fitted with a pressure interlocking mechanism, preventing them from being opened until the internal pressure has been fully relieved, thereby ensuring operational safety.

Holding an A2-level Special Equipment Manufacturing License, Tianmiao maintains rigorous control over production quality: incoming raw materials undergo batch-by-batch re-inspection; column sections are precision-formed using CNC technology; and all longitudinal and circumferential welds undergo 100% inspection to meet Class I standards. Following welding, the units undergo stress-relieving heat treatment. Prior to shipment, each unit must successfully pass a hydrostatic test (conducted at 1.5 times the design pressure) and an airtightness test; columns intended for vacuum operation undergo additional testing to verify leakage rates. All relevant inspection documentation is provided with the shipment to facilitate acceptance and regulatory filing requirements.

 Tianmiao offers non-standard customization services tailored to client process packages, allowing for adjustments to column diameter, height, tray type (sieve, valve, or bubble cap), or packing specifications (structured or random packing). For highly corrosive or high-purity media, materials such as duplex stainless steel, titanium, or glass-lined steel are available options; for heat-sensitive materials, segmented insulation or jacketed heating systems can be incorporated.
