With ten years of profound experience in the field of industrial pressure vessels, Tianmiao Chemical Machinery launches its high-performance explosion-proof test tank, specially designed to provide safe and reliable test solutions for high-risk scenarios such as new energy battery testing, chemical material verification, aerospace component detection, and hazardous substance analysis. This equipment is engineered to simulate extreme explosion environments, ensuring accurate, repeatable test results while fully guaranteeing the safety of operators, equipment and the surrounding environment.
The explosion-proof test tank adopts a double-layer composite explosion-proof structure, with the inner tank made of corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel (thickness ≥ 2mm) to resist high-temperature impact and medium corrosion, and the outer layer made of anti-static sprayed steel plate filled with ceramic fiber insulation layer for effective high-temperature isolation . It supports a test volume range of 5L to 1000L, can withstand a maximum explosion pressure of up to 3MPa, and maintains a stable working pressure in the range of 0.1-1.0MPa, which is compatible with the test requirements of various explosive substances and meets the relevant provisions of EN 15967 standard . The integrated dual pressure relief system (rupture disc + spring-loaded relief valve) has a response time ≤ 0.1s, which can quickly release instantaneous high pressure in case of abnormal conditions and fundamentally eliminate safety hazards .
As a Class III pressure vessel, the product has passed dual international certifications of ATEX (2014/34/EU) and IECEx, as well as GB 3836 series national standards certification, fully complying with the technical requirements of global explosive environment equipment . All key welds undergo 100% radiographic inspection, and the entire tank body is subject to helium mass spectrometry leak detection to ensure zero leakage even under extreme test conditions. The intelligent monitoring system is equipped with high-frequency dynamic pressure sensors (sampling frequency up to 1kHz) and Omega K-type insulated thermocouples, which can real-time collect data such as temperature, pressure, and explosion pressure rise rate, and support remote diagnosis, abnormal early warning and data tracing . The electrical system adopts Exd IIC T4/T6 explosion-proof standard, and key components are of flameproof structure to completely eliminate the risk of electric sparks triggering secondary explosions .
