Tianmiao degassing filters are suitable for liquid media with a viscosity ≤200 mPa·s, such as water, gasoline, diesel, crude oil, and edible oil. They are used in metering and conveying systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food, providing a clean media environment for precision metering.
The equipment has a compact structure. After liquid enters the housing, it impacts the baffle plate, slowing the flow and causing gas to naturally rise to the top, forming an air chamber. Gas accumulation causes the liquid level to drop, triggering the float valve to open and release gas. After the gas is exhausted, the liquid level rises again, and the valve automatically closes, achieving continuous automatic degassing. Simultaneously, when the medium flows through the stainless steel filter screen, solid impurities are effectively trapped. The filtration accuracy can be flexibly selected between 10 mesh and 500 mesh depending on the actual operating conditions.
Material configuration is adaptable to requirements. The housing can be made of carbon steel, 304, or 316L stainless steel depending on the corrosiveness of the medium. The filter element and housing material are of the same grade to ensure long-term stable filtration performance. Sealing components are selected based on the operating temperature, using nitrile rubber, PTFE, or metal spiral wound gaskets. The applicable temperature range is -80℃ to 450℃. Our product specifications cover DN15 to DN600, with design pressures from 0.6MPa to 16.0MPa. Flange standards are compatible with various specifications such as GB, HG, SH, and ASME, meeting diverse engineering connection requirements.
