This tank can stably maintain an extremely low temperature environment of -269℃ (4.2K), providing high-purity liquid helium storage solutions for applications such as aerospace propulsion, scientific research, semiconductor manufacturing, and medical imaging.
The equipment adopts a double-layer vacuum insulation + multi-layer composite insulation structure, achieving a measured heat loss rate as low as 0.03W/L, reaching an industry-leading level. The tank can store liquid helium with a purity ≥99.9999% for extended periods, with a stable operating pressure within the 0.1–0.5MPa slightly positive pressure range, balancing safety and media stability.
As a Class III pressure vessel, the product has obtained both ASME and GB certifications. Key welds undergo 100% radiographic inspection, and the entire system is leak-tested using helium mass spectrometry to ensure zero leakage under extreme operating conditions. An intelligent monitoring system collects temperature and pressure data in real time, supporting remote diagnostics and anomaly warnings.
