It is a leading professional manufacturer and designer of pressure vessels, and a member of the China Chemical Equipment Association. The company primarily manufactures steel pressure vessels for reaction, heat exchange, separation, and storage applications, as well as providing engineering installation and maintenance for pressure pipelines. Materials used include carbon steel, low-alloy steel, heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, titanium, nickel, and various composite materials. The company’s products are widely used in static complete sets of equipment for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, metallurgy, salt, alkali, and coal chemicals. The company possesses over 200 sets of specialized vessel manufacturing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons and annual sales of tens of millions of US dollars.

American ASMI Standard Certification: The company’s professional qualifications and technical capabilities include: A2-level (Class I, II, III) pressure vessel design qualification; A1 and A2-level (Class I, II, III) pressure vessel manufacturing qualification; Class B (GB1, GB2, GC2) pressure pipeline installation qualification; and Class I (Class I, II, III) pressure vessel repair and modification qualification, certified by national and provincial professional review agencies.
Through the professional review of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), the company has obtained CNOOC’s qualification for the manufacturing, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, and ship platform steel structures.
The company has 4 senior engineers, over 20 engineers, over 20 junior-level engineers, over 40 certified welders, and 95 welding projects. It possesses advanced non-destructive testing equipment such as X-ray, gamma-ray, digital ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and penetrant testing equipment, and has 18 non-destructive testing personnel, including 2 Class I1 and 15 Class II.
The company has been approved by the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision as a “Special Equipment Welder Examination Committee.” The company possesses the qualification to train and examine welders for boiler, pressure vessel, and pressure pipeline manufacturing enterprises.
The company is recognized by the China Classification Society (CCS) as a member of the “CCS Welder Examination Committee.” It is qualified to train and examine welders engaged in welding of ship hulls and offshore facilities structures, machinery, piping systems, boilers, and pressure vessels.
