Tianmiao air storage tanks are available in both vertical and horizontal configurations, featuring a single-layer cylindrical structure. The primary construction material consists of pressure-vessel-grade steel plates (Q345R or SUS304), with plate thickness precisely calculated based on the specific volume and pressure rating requirements. The interior surfaces undergo sandblasting or acid pickling and passivation treatments, while the exterior surfaces are coated with an epoxy zinc-rich primer and a polyurethane topcoat, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance. The product range covers volumes from 0.3 to 50 m³, with a maximum allowable working pressure of 4.0 MPa and a design temperature range of -20°C to 200°C. Standard fittings include air inlet/outlet ports, drain valves, safety valve interfaces, and pressure gauge ports; optional accessories such as liquid level gauges, thermometers, and sampling ports are also available.
Tianmiao holds an A2-level Special Equipment Manufacturing License. Upon receipt at the facility, every batch of raw steel plates undergoes rigorous re-verification of both chemical composition and mechanical properties. The tank shell is precisely formed using CNC plate rolling machinery, and all longitudinal and circumferential welds undergo 100% radiographic or ultrasonic inspection to meet the Class I requirements of the NB/T 47013 standard. Following welding, the entire vessel undergoes a comprehensive stress-relieving heat treatment process. Prior to shipment, every product undergoes a hydrostatic test at 1.5 times its design pressure, maintaining pressure for 30 minutes without leakage. Simultaneously, an airtightness test is conducted (using 0.6 MPa compressed air, with soap solution applied to inspect all joints). Inspection reports, material certificates, and as-built drawings are provided with the shipment to facilitate the acceptance and filing procedures required for special equipment.
Tianmiao offers non-standard customization tailored to specific client operating conditions, allowing for adjustments to vessel diameter, height, inlet/outlet port orientation, and flange standards (GB/HG/ASME/JIS). For highly corrosive or high-purity gases (such as natural gas, hydrogen, or nitrogen), options include 316L stainless steel, duplex steel, or PTFE lining. For cold regions, additional rock wool or polyurethane insulation layers—along with electric heat tracing systems—can be incorporated.
