Tianmiao’s washing tank features precise control over the performance of core materials. The molybdenum content is strictly controlled within the upper limit of 2%-3%, and the entire production process strictly adheres to ASTM standards. It exhibits significant resistance to intergranular corrosion in chlorine-containing environments.

The inner surface of the tank undergoes electrolytic polishing, achieving a surface finish of Ra≤0.4μm. Welds are ground flush with the base material, fundamentally solving the problems of difficult cleaning and unsanitary corners inherent in traditional tanks. All sealing components are made of food-grade materials, ensuring no toxic or harmful substances are released, and exhibiting excellent aging resistance, perfectly suited for high-hygiene applications. The exterior of the tank can also be customized with either a matte or mirror finish to meet specific operational needs.

The product has been validated under actual operating conditions, demonstrating outstanding performance: API production line customers report that after handling highly corrosive media, the bottom material of the tank can be completely emptied, with no liquid accumulation or scale residue. Even on offshore platforms with harsher conditions, facing freshwater shortages and limited cleaning frequency, the tanks have been in contact with saline condensate for up to two years. Upon inspection, no pitting corrosion was found on the welds or base material.

Regarding service, the main equipment offers 12 months of free maintenance, and spare parts enjoy 6 months of free replacement. After the warranty period, spare parts are supplied at cost price, and maintenance labor costs are transparent and not inflated. For faults that can be diagnosed remotely, a solution can be provided on the same day.
