In long-distance oil and gas transmission and gathering pipeline networks, pig receiving and transmitting barrels are the core equipment to ensure smooth and stable transportation of pipelines. They are generally arranged at both ends of the pipeline to complete the safe launch and reliable reception of pigs. The product diameter covers DN50 ~ DN600, using a combination of main cylinder and pipeline diameter matching, design pressure ≤ 10MPa, applicable temperature -40℃ ~ 80℃. The material can be selected from Q345R carbon steel, Q345D low-temperature steel, or 304/316L stainless steel according to the working conditions. The seals are made of nitrile and fluorine rubber, which can still open and close flexibly and seal reliably in low temperature and corrosive environments.
