We specialize in the design, production, installation, and end-of-life maintenance of reactors. The equipment is constructed from premium materials such as SUS316L and Hastelloy, with capacities ranging from 50L to 50,000L. It operates under pressure ranges of-0.1MPa to 10MPa and withstands temperatures from-20℃ to 300℃. Our automated welding process combined with localized heat treatment ensures superior weld quality and structural integrity, while achieving a surface finish of Ra0.4μm that significantly enhances corrosion resistance and cleanliness.
The reactor adopts modular design, enabling rapid assembly and flexible expansion. It supports adjustments to stirring configurations (e.g., anchor, paddle, or turbine) and heat transfer structures (e.g., jacket, half-tube, or coil) based on actual production needs, while optimizing interface configurations.
