The Weizhou 11-4 CEPD platform is the most critical offshore facility in the Weizhou 11-4 oilfield’s integrated adjustment and joint development project. Tianmiao Company is directly involved in manufacturing the chemical injection skid-mounted equipment for this project.

The design boasts four key advantages: First, high integration that combines storage tanks, pump units, and control systems into a unified unit, saving platform space. Second, modular design facilitates installation, maintenance, and replacement, minimizing downtime. Third, 95% of critical equipment is domestically produced, reducing investment and maintenance costs while ensuring supply reliability. Fourth, advanced intelligent features enable continuous unmanned operation with self-diagnostic capabilities, minimizing manual intervention.

The specialized design for marine environments features three key aspects: 1) Anti-corrosion reinforcement with a special coating on equipment surfaces to withstand salt spray corrosion; 2) Seismic-resistant design incorporating vibration-resistant structures for equipment fixation and pipeline connections, tailored to offshore platform dynamics; 3) Climate adaptation through high-temperature and high-humidity tolerance, with a temperature control system ensuring stable chemical performance.

The completion and operation of the Weizhou 11-4 CEPD platform will expand the Weizhou 11-4 oilfield into the third integrated transportation hub of the Weizhou Oilfield Cluster. Together with existing facilities, it will form a ‘three offshore processing centers + one onshore terminal’ network, significantly enhancing the region’s oil and gas self-sufficiency and bolstering national energy security.
